The Sandy Spring Lions have recently undertaken a new project to donate needed supplies to the Family Justice Center in Rockville. We have donated boxes of school supplies, clothes, and other needs so far and are expanding our program. This is a passion project for some of our newest Lions, Tina Arrowood and Cindie Wade, and collections for these donations are partially coordinated through Dempsey’s Restaurant in Sandy Spring.
