Check out The Sandy Spring Maryland Lions Club “Quack Drill Team” members just prior to marching in the Olney Days Parade on Sunday Apr 30, 2018.
They won the trophy for 1st Place in the Marching Unit Division.
The team included, Lions All, PDG Don Beeson, PDG Brother Pattie, PDG Bill Thomas, John McCloskey, Greg Fuller, David Hull, and Paul Gebicke. Not shown are Team Marchers Raye Litton and Joyce Howes. (Taking the pictures)
Total age of all team members is 765 years! Total years of Service in Lionism – 234 years!!!!
The team was led in the parade by King Lion Bill Lavely and Lion Larry Kenney in Bill’s truck, proudly displaying the Lions International Emblem.
